Income: The gross monthly income of all applicants must equal at least (2.5)x monthly rent

Credit: Depending on other criteria; no property debt, no evictions (both less than 3yrs or reported within the last 3yrs). A conditional result may require a guarantor, who will need to make an income of 5x monthly rent in gross pay.
Criminal: no felony convictions (less than 10yrs old), no violent, drug, or sexually related misdemeanors

Deposit Info:
The Deposit Waiver Program is $25/mo. for Approved Applicants.
Conditional Approvals must pay the full Apartment Deposit AND the Additional Deposit, which range from $500-$600 (refundable) for the apartment floor plan type that is chosen.
